It was my first time making crepes. After reading other reviews I decided to try these. Glad I did. Very easy and they came out fine. I am going to make them with my reading class who are reading a novel set in Paris.

Best crepe recipe I've ever found! For the filling I used chocolate. With this recipe I can use any filling!

Outstanding! I made 24 of these for my son's French class and it was a huge hit!

I have been making crepes for 8 yrs with my hubby's family recipe, but this had less flour and more eggs and is now our favorite new crepe recipe!!! We won't go back... Easy to spread in pan, and yummy flavor with all the eggs. We don't usually add vanilla, but will occasionally for a different flavor.

I love crepes. This was the easier way for me to make them. I like them sweeter, so I just add more sugar. Very good.

Loved this recipe, easy to do, tasted and looked wonderful. I followed all but the vanilla sugar, used a dusting of powdered sugar instead. Made with home grown and made raspberry jelly. Wonderful, I know I will be making this again.

This is an amazing recipe, but I did tweak it a bit. Instead of 4 eggs I used 3 (I found that 3 eggs were not as eggy tasting as 4 eggs. And for the filling I spread Nutella and spread fresh cut strawberries on top and dust a bit a powdered sugar. Yummo!

This was an AMAZING recipe!!! I tried Strawberry jam, it was too sweet for my liking. I also have tried with eggs, turkey sausage, and cheese and it was even better! if your going with a savory crepe leave out the sugar! thanks giada =]
