This was an AMAZING recipe!!! I tried Strawberry jam, it was too sweet for my liking. I also have tried with eggs, turkey sausage, and cheese and it was even better! if your going with a savory crepe leave out the sugar! thanks giada =]

So good!! I must have had a larger pan because I had to use a bit more butter in the pan and 1/3 cup batter instead of 1/4 cup. The vanilla in my pomegranent jam was amazing!

It is tasty and very easy to make. My husband loved it and he even told me to email Giada and food network that it was an excellent recipe. Hmmmmm yummy!
    Thanks Giada,

A bit too eggy for us, but so easy! My husband and I are not great cooks, and we saw this episode, jumped off the couch, and happened to have everything needed to make it. I split the recipe in half and had 5 crepes. I'm excited to try it again with a better selection of fillings and a little less egg.

Excellent recipe. Delicious and so easy! I added a little bit of lemon juice into the jam to balance the sweetness and it worked very well. I also used skim milk rather than whole for the batter and it still turned out perfect. Will definitely be making this one for guests!

I tried this recipe not thinking it would work because of my previous experience with a different crepe recipe. Giada's crepes ended up turning out more marvelous than I expected! Although I didn't fill the crepes with raspberry, I simply drenched them with chocolate syrup and powdered sugar, then rolled it up and drizzled a little more chocolate on top. It was one decadent treat and not as hard as I thought it would be! Try it right away! You will fall in love!
