DELICIOUS!!! I used strawberries instead of raspberries though cause I don't like raspberries.

My daughter saw the episode when Giada made these, and had to have it for a party in her honor. They were a huge hit with both the children and adults. Very sophisticated, but down to earth as well. I am sure this will be a staple for parties in the future!

Very good . But , I recommend using this recipe in berry season , otherwise it's hard to find fresh raspberries. And in my opinion fresh is best.Nothing wrong with the recipe.I just like it fresh.

Unbelievably good, my kids beg for this. Directions for the syrup seem to be missing: In a small saucepan, whisk together the orange juice and cornstarch until smooth. Add the raspberries, jam and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil over a medium-low heat, stirring frequently. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a small bowl, pressing on the solids with a wooden spoon to extract as much liquid as possible. Cool the syrup for 30 minutes.

We skipped the club soda and these were fantastic. Definitely a do-over at our house.

This recipe is amazing! And it makes a great amount of sauce so you're prepared for your next few servings.
    Would recommend this to anyone!
