    This was certainly an easy dessert to prepare. However the consistency was rather grainy because of the ricotta. I would make it again, but I'd use homemade fresh ricotta to give it a creamier texture. (See Creamy Ricotta recipe in Cooking Light....sinfully easy ti made and a whole different food from store-bought.

    THIS WAS SO DELICIOUS!! MY DAD AND HIS GIRLFRIEND LOVED IT. IT WAS EASY to make, LIGHT, FLUFFY and HAD TONS OF FLAVOR. Definitly one of my favorites and going to make again

    I love easy desserts with no baking required! Although the flavor was good, the texture was a bit gritty. This definitely tasted better the next day, but the texture remained the same. It's very rich and not worth the calories in my opinion.

    I had read some of the comments before making this dish. Some had said it was boring. I added in a TB spoon of brandy and it was fantastic!

    I love this its so easy and delicious, but I used strawberry jam bc I love strawberrys. Im definitely making this again!

    Although this was easy to make, none of my guests cared for the texture. The ricotta cheese just couldn't get smooth enough to be considered a mousse. The flavor wasn't great either. We ended up drizzling chocolate syrup on top, and it was much more palatable! I liked the idea of this recipe a lot, but I will not be making it again.

    I was disappointed. I wasn't crazy about the texture of the ricotta, plus it tasted bland. My guests ate it but had minimal comments. I like the idea, and it was beautiful garnished with fresh raspberries and mint leaves, but this dessert missed the mark.

    This was just okay for me. I won't make it again but had to try it because I liked all the ingredients. Very bland...tasted like whipped ricotta with a very small hint of sweetness...hardly could taste the raspberry preserves and I put more in than it called for.

    I made this last night and it was alright but when I had some leftover this morning it tasted wonderful- so I guess the longer it chills the better it gets.
