I made this last week exactly as the recipe called. It was so good I started playing around with different Ideas. My husband is allergic to eggs so finding a mousse recipe that was good and egg free was very exciting. I have since made a chocolate mousse in the same fashion, as well as a peanut butter. You could really do any flavor you want, its simply just a method. I love it!

This mousse was super yummy. I absolutely love ricotta cheese and this recipe just called out to me! I followed the directions exactly and everyone loved it. I also tried another version for a diet friendly meal- just used the low-fat ricotta, sugar free jam and the fat-free whip cream from a can.

This was perfect. It was 100 degrees in Biloxi, MS today and I wanted something cool and light and QUICK. This was great and its so pretty. I put it in wine glasses for my company. Everyone loved it.

When I saw this on the show, I thought "This can't be that good. It's just ricotta and whipped cream!" Well, I think if you like ricotta, you'll like this. I just used some of the ricotta I had at home and mixed with little sugar and whipped cream. And I have to say I liked it. I did not follow the recipe and put the jam and sugar, since it looked like too much sugar. I sometimes find Giada's sweets reipes have too much sugar.

I had a container of left over ricotta cheese that I didn't know what to do with. Thanks to Giada! I made this for dessert tonight and it was soooo good! It took only 20 seconds to make it since I didn't need the whipped cream! It's rich enough to satisfy me, but not as heavy as cheese cake. Yam!

This is the perfect summer dessert. Light and fluffy, perfect for a dinner party dessert. Hubby, kids and myself absolutely love it!! Very important to whip the cream enough and fold in to the ricotta mixture. I also added a bit more powdered sugar to sweeten a bit more.

This was a hit at my dinner party. It was a light desert that everyone enjoyed. My friend commented that it looked like it came out of a magazine. I struggle when it comes to presentation however, there was nothing to making this look great!
