This is a very easy and delicious dessert. I read the earlier reviews about lacking flavor and sweetness. I made the recipe exactly as listed and then tasted the whipped cream separately and the raspberry-ricotta mixture. I added an extra Tbl of powdered sugar and used approximately 2/3 c to 3/4 c (total of jam. These additions made the dish more to my tastes.

It was good; if I make it again it needs more raspberry or fruit flavor. I found it a little bland. Very easy to make. It is very light, so if you don't like rich desserts you would probably like it.

I just made this but used strawberry preserves because it is for my daughter's first Mother's Day, she loves strawberries. It is so easy and so delicious! Not too sweet, a bit tart, just yummy! Thank you Giada for another winner!!!

This is a yummy super easy dessert to make. The raspberries at the store didn't look good, so we had raspberry mousse with strawberries. My kids LOVED it!

I made this mousse the day after I saw it on TV. I followed Giada's recipe exactly and it turned out so good! It's light and delicious. I'm going to try it with strawberry jam next week. It's a perfect dessert for the summer. I love Giada's recipes.

This is such a nice light (maybe not calorie wise dessert. that any combo of fruit would work. I used this delicious whole berry blueberry preserves that I found and fresh blueberries on top. Because I like some crunch or a bit of a different texture, I served them in individual fillo dough cups. (form dough on underside of small muffin tins. You can also buy the mini ones frozen all ready to serve. Delicious!!
