I ended up substituting the lady fingers with mini sponge cakes and the Mascarpone cheese with whipped cream cheese.

Delicious. Because I had to make a fast dessert at the last minute my neighborhood supermarket did not have 2 ingredients. Still very good. Easy, light and not too sweet.

It was ok but I think I will stick with traditional Tirimisu.

I followed this recipe step by step. I did not change a thing. I made this for a family dinner and I got mixed reviews. Many guests told me that is was okay...but many said they tasted A LOT of alcohol. It was very strong - and not cheap to make. I don't think I would make this again. Sorry Giada.....I love your show and many of your recipes - but not this one.

    I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe.
Accidentally bought blueberry jam so used this instead of the raspberry and it tasted delicious. The mascarpone/cream mixture was light sweet and wonderful. Some of the fresh raspberries were a bit on the tart side....next time I may boil these with sugar for a compote type thing.

Giada-once again does it! This was a big hit for a memorial day picnic. Light & fresh! Used 4 pints of raspberries. I bet all berries would be great in this one!

Easy & delicious. It's better a day after it's made which allows the juices & orange liquor to seep into the lady fingers.
