    I thoroughly enjoyed this recipe.
Accidentally bought blueberry jam so used this instead of the raspberry and it tasted delicious. The mascarpone/cream mixture was light sweet and wonderful. Some of the fresh raspberries were a bit on the tart side....next time I may boil these with sugar for a compote type thing.

Giada-once again does it! This was a big hit for a memorial day picnic. Light & fresh! Used 4 pints of raspberries. I bet all berries would be great in this one!

Easy & delicious. It's better a day after it's made which allows the juices & orange liquor to seep into the lady fingers.

I used the "hard" ladyfingers and dipped them gently in Framboise before layering them in a spring form pan. I made it the day before the party and it held up beautifully when unmolded. It was a raving success.

This dessert is extremely light and easy to make. Leave it to Giada to come up with another delicious easy delicacy. This one is a keeper!

I made this for my husband and he really enjoyed it. The recipe is easy to follow. The taste of the dessert is delicious. It was fun to lick the beater for the whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Thanks Giada for a wonderful recipe.

Although I like the old coffee tiramisu better since I'm a coffee lover, this is a great alternative to the original tiramisu. I made mine in a trufle bowl, which makes very pretty presentation. not too sweet and refreshing. The only change I made is that I add a little bit more Grand Marnier to the mascarpone cheese. All my friends loved it. Some of them even drizzled chocolate syrup on top, which makes it even better.

This is a delicious dessert. The orange liqueor mixed with the mascarpone and whipped cream is so tasty. Just make sure the raspberries you are using are fresh and ripe. I made it once with raspberries that looked okay, but I guess they were bad because it made the whole dessert taste like old fruit.

I've made this several times and received rave reviews from everyone. They all wanted the recipe when they tasted it. It's so light and refreshing. The last time I made it I couldn't use the Grand Marnier since I was bringing it to work so I tried an alcohol-free version. I used almond latte syrup instead of the alcohol and substituted the raspberries with strawberry jam and fresh strawberries and it was fantastic! I still prefer the Grand Marnier but the almond syrup tasted pretty good. I can't wait to make it this summer during strawberry season. Giada - you have the tastiest and most user-friendly recipes on the Food Network - hands down! I'm rarely disappointed.
