Verey light and not too sweet! For a Christmas look use Blue Curacao. For St. Paties Day I use Blue Curacao and golden raspberries. The Blue Curacao gives the cheese/cream a greenish color.

This is really good...I used Strawberries and thinned out the jam a little more because I had Italian ladyfingers which are more crisp and need something to soak in....
Tastes a little like Strawberry Shortcake!
Be sure to used good jam....

I made this for a party and everyone just loved it. There was not an overpowering liquor taste and it worked really wonderful with the mascarpone cheese and raspberries.

    Great dessert!!!!!

Made for Valentine's dessert and husband and I both loved it. Simple to make and absolutley delicious. Would be great with other berries or even fresh peaches. I plant to try as individual servings in wine glasses. This recipe will not disappoint!!!

esta receta es sumamente sencilla y exquisita.

la 2da vez q la prepare hice algunos ajustes: no tenia mascarpone y utilice queso crema y en vez de raspberry utilice fresas....el resultado tambien es divino....

gracias giada, me encantan tus recetas.

It was very easy and fun to make. I made mine with strawberrys instead of raspberrys. It was like strawberry shortcake except with a wonderful surprising flavor. We liked it very much.

I loved this recipe. It was wonderful. It was also very easy! I personally will add a bit more grand marnier for extra flavor. I let it sit for 6 hours and it was just right. Big Hit all around.

This was great. I was hard to find some of the ingredents. I'm going to try it with other berries next time.
