Great dessert for fresh summer raspberries! The mascarpone makes it creamy and rich. I would stay light on the jam, or would use a low-sugar jam, because it was a tad too sweet. Otherwise, a hit!

This was the first time I have made a rasberry tirimasu. It was the dessert course for a Giada themed dinner party. It was a huge hit and delicious. Definetely not an inexpensive dessert to make.

This recipe is fantastic it is a great twist for summer dining. I replaced the Grand Marnier with fresh squeezed orange juice with some zest and it tasted great.

This was a huge hit! I used crunchy lady fingers and slightly more orange liquor. I layered this like a trifle and made it the night before. there wasn't a bite left!

This was delicious and so easy to make. It was a big hit at the party I took it to - my only change was that I used Triple Sec instead of Grand Marnier- its much cheaper! I also cut way back on the raspberries since there's so much raspberry jam in the recipe too. I HIGHLY recommend this recipe. Thanks Giada!

The taste of alcohol was overpowering. The amount could be cut in half. It was too strong for most guests. Made two, threw away one.

Family loved it. Have been learning to cook well the last year and this is just the type of easy, fun and tasty recipe I am adding to an expanding recipe box.

This recipe was super fast and pretty easy to make and tasted great :
Although one recommendation, I let the dessert chill for 5 hours, however overnight would have been best for the cookies were still a little crunchy.
