Delicious and a very forgiving recipe. I used regular yogurt instead of greek yogurt, still delicious. Sometimes I'd use frozen strawberries instead of raspberries, and it marries very well.

My daughter's and I were watching this recipe and since I had all of the ingredients on hand, we decided to make it during the commercial break. (I always have simple syrup on hand. It's a winner! I also love the fact that I am "sneaking" protein into a great smoothie.
    Thanks, Giada!! We love you!!!!

Very tasty! I dissolved Splenda in room temp water instead of boiling the sugar and water. I also used orange juice since that is what I had on hand. A refreshing and healthful treat.

We liked the flavor, but it had a bit of a chalky and tangy aftertaste. If we make it again, we would do with strawberry and banana, just too many seeds in our teeth with the raspberries.

Great recipe! Even better if you substitute Light Cranberry juice for the apple cider and I used splenda instead of sugar to make it a little healthier. You won't be disappointed!

Just tried this recipe and it was AWESOME! Well, what I got to taste anyway. My 19 month old son drank most of it! The smooth, icy texture almost makes you think you're drinking a milk shake. One change I made was I used 1 cup of ice instead of 2. I think 2 cups would have "watered" it down too much. One tip, I don't like all of the seeds that raspberries have so I blended them with the simple syrup and put it through a strainer to get as much of the seeds out as possible. I then put the puree in an ice cube tray and froze it, then I blended the raspberry ice cubes with the rest of the ingredients and it turned out great! I know, it sounds like a lot of work but if you do this when you have the time, you'll have it on hand whenever you're in the mood for one of these delicious smoothies. Also, another thing I do is make a batch of simple syrup and keep it on hand at all times (in the fridge, of course, that way I can make smoothies, frozen coffee drinks, or use it to sweeten tea.

I was surprised at how good this smoothie was. The flavors blend perfectly together and has just the right amount of sweetness.

I wanted to love this smoothie, but I didn't. I want to try it again, though, because I was a little disappointed in the quality of the frozen raspberries I bought, so it might be more me then the recipe. I'm thinking this might be a great base recipe for other fruit, too, like maybe if I pick blueberries or something, I may end up enjoying it a little more.

Tastes like one you would pay 5 dollars for at a smoothie shop! The greek yogurt is a healthy way to add great flavor and tang! The amount of liquid was perfect as well, not too thick and not too thin. I will definitely be making this again.
