My husband and I both work full time and we have 2 1/2 year old twins. Many nights I struggle to get heathly and great tasting meals on the table. This one is a lifesavers! The adults and the kids LOVE it! I was in a hurry the first time I made it so I didn't make the ravoli, I used won ton wrappers like I had seen Giada use before. It was great and quick. Thanks Food Network for keeping busy mom's like me from having to used processed, medicore tasting food!

I thought this recipe sounded too easy to be as good as Giada made it sound. It was so easy and took very little time. But the surprise of all is I have 3 children. None of them like the same thing and I still made 2 recipes. They ate it all and wanted me to make it again the next day. I have yet to make a recipe of hers that my whole family doesn't love!! Try this one. You can even change the filling around to what you love. Simple!!

This recipe is so easy to make. I still can't believe I made my own ravioli. My little kids loved it too. They are usually very picky when it comes to new foods.

My fiance & I loved these cute little ravioli. So simple but so tasty! I had a little bit of a hard time with the dough- it kept sticking so I had to keep flouring my board & rolling pin. But, I worked through it & in the end, it was worth it. We had them with your roasted eggplant & tomatoes dish & it all went so well together. Thanks Giada!

my 12 year old son and i made these together and had a great time--not to mention how delicious these ravioli's are. i think next time we will roll the dough out a little thinner but it was good the way we did it. also, i had to use a little dry basil instead of fresh because i forgot to buy it at the store. i wanted something fresh to go into the ravioli's and sauce since i didn't have the fresh basil so i chopped a handful of spinach to add to the filling and another couple of handfuls of spinach to add to the sauce. we love spinach and i have to say, it was delicious!!! we will definitely make this again!

So seeing that I'm just starting to get into the whole cooking scene, this was maybe a little advanced for me but I managed and oh was it worth it. The raviolis were simply delish! It took me forever and at one point I was certain they were not going to turn out right, but in the end I was really impressed. The light lemon sauce with the light filling was very decadent. Will definitely make again. Grazie Giada!

the ravioli stamps are available at Sur La Table stores or surlatable.com.
