I love how easy it was to make this home made pasta dish. My husband was so impressed that I made pasta at home, I'm a hero!!!:

So good and really easy to make! My first time making homemade raviolis and it wasn't that bad. My dough got really sticky so I just used a lot of flour to roll out but it worked out great. Will definitely make again and try different ingredients for the filling. The sauce couldn't be easier and it tastes so fresh!

this recipe was one of the best recipes I've ever made. I love Giada to death. can't wait to make it again. only things I changed was that I took out the chicken of the filling and i used a little more water with the dough (maybe a 1/4 or 1/3 cup more . LOVE IT!

Before making these I read all of the reviews. Mine turned out wonderful. The only thing that I had to do differently was to use about 1 1/4 cup water for the dough. The first time I used only a cup and the dough was way too dry and crumbly, I just threw it away and started over. Everyone liked them, and next time we may try them with marinara instead of the EVOO sauce, just to change it up a bit.

This recipe was very delicious! My fiance, my brother, and my best guy friend devoured them and said they were delicious. The only problem I had was with the dough, it was quite messy. I had to add a little bit more water to each ball of dough I was working with. I added about an extra 1/2 cup of hot water overall. I used a fluted round cookie cutter instead of the ravioli cutter, but any shaped cookie cutter would be cute with these. They were delicious, the fresh basil made the dish.

I always think of spending all day in the kitchen making ravioli, well I made this last night and in about an hour we had frest wonderful ravioli. We tried it with the sauce and with marinara and I would recommend the sauce she says to put with it. I also put some carmelized onions in there. It was so delicious!!!!!

I made this tonight for my parents and they loved it! It's light and creamy and delicious! I didn't think the dough was going to work because while I was making it it appeared sort of grainy like the flour was not dissolving all the way but in the end it was great. Make sure you don't oversalt as I know the chickens in my grocery store are often very salty... if I make this again I may cut the amount of salt in the filling in half and add a small amount to the dough.

these ravioli turned out awesome! next time i wont fill them as full because some of them burst open while boiling. there were some leftovers, so for luch i made a simple marinara sauce put it all in a dish sprinkled with parm and heated all in the oven-they were great both times!

My daughter (13 years old and I made this recipe last night, it was so delicious! I couldn't beleive it when I saw Giada make this dough out of only flour and water, I had to try it! I am so glad I did, I will be making it often. The recipe is so easy to follow, and start to finish, it only took an hour. I have all of Giada DeLaurentiis' cookbooks and use a lot of the recipes found in all of them, she is an awesome cook, I love the show and the recipes!
