I love this recipe and my family asks me to make it all the time. It's so cute to hear my 4 year old say ravioli caprese with a little Italian accent. He loves to help me roll out the dough.

This recipe is amazing - the dough was great!! I had no problems with it. I modified the filling by substituting most of the ricotta cheese for portobello mushrooms. It was very delicious!! In addition, I added some diced tomatoes and scallions to the sauce. Mmm. I think this is a new favorite!

I really love the ingredients of this recipe...very summery and fresh. My only problem was the consistancy of the dough - I had to try twice to get it right, but in the end made it work! Make sure to roll the dough thin, as my first time trying this dish my ravioli's were a bit "thick", but the flavor and the lightness of the sauce are fantastic!

I made this a while back and my family absolutely loved it. You can put most any filling you like inside. The next time I made it I had to make a double recipe! My three kids can never agree on the same thing they love to eat but this one is a family favorite. My husband asks me to make it at least once a week. You can get too much flour and they do tend to dry out if not covered with a damp cloth. I have even made them and frozen them so if I work late they can just take them out and microwave. I've yet to make any of Giada's recipes that we haven't loved.

I followed the dough recipe exactly as written here and was very disappointed. These were good for dumplings but not good for ravioli. The filling is excellent but will use wonton wrappers the next time. The dough was not good enough to justify the effort.

The first time I made this, we had company over (someone my husband works with. His co-worker loved it and said it was the most delicious thing he has had in a long time. It also seems very impressive to say you made the ravioli... no one needs to know how simple this is!!

I found this recipe for ravioli to be exact. Just remember to take you time incorporating the water to flour, and don't be afraid to use a lot more flour.
This was my first time making homemade ravioli and I loved it, I will never buy store bought again. I made mine with a shrimp-roasted pepper alfredo sauce, rave reviews from my family and guests.I used olive oil to keep them from sticking together while cooking all of them worked like a charm.
