This is a quick and easy favorite! I made it twice in one week it was so good, and it didn't hurt the pocket book too much! Of course, part of that was because I substituted thick sliced bacon for pancetta, but it's definitely going into my rotation!

Not bad, but entirely ordinary. It would taste about the same and be a lot easier to buy a sauce for the ravioli. Would not make again.

This dish was excellent!!!! Added fresh garlic to saute with tomatoes and used spinach instead of arugula. I topped dish with fresh parmesan cheese. My husband loved it. I also followed others advice on not adding any more salt when using the pancetta and it was just right with salt flavor. Will definitively make again

Wow! Absolutely delicious! I used Pomodoro San Marzano peeled tomatoes, which made it extra special!

Very easy to make and very tasty, I did cut back on the salt because the pancetta is very salty. Overall an awesome dish

This was good and my picky husband liked it. I made the recipe exactly as Giada did. Next time I'll listen to the reviews and skip the salt. It was VERY salty, I couldn't finish my plate. I also plan to use spinach next time as well. Arugula is still new to me and have just recently discovered cooking with it. It just didn't work for me with this dish. But I do plan on making it again, I'll just listen to the reviews next time!

I substituted spinach for the arugula and used fire-roasted tomatoes. This dish is fantastic! Definitely a keeper!
