This is so fast and easy. I've used small and large sized ravioli and tortellini and prefer spinach to arugula for this recipe. This is a go to side dish regularly!!!!

I've made this about 10 times. I use spinach instead of arugula and use other types of ravioli sometimes such as chicken and mushrooms, etc. just to mix it up sometimes. So great.

This recipe was GREAT! I made at the fire house because I found a great price on premade fresh ravioli. The guys loved it. It is part of my regular rotation. I do make it with tortellini because the ravioli falls apart when you toss it especially in larger quantities.

This recipe is wonderful for a week-night meal! It was very simple to make and had great flavors. I substituted pancetta for veggie bacon since I don't eat pork products and it turned out great. However, if I wanted to choose a dish for a special occasion, this would not be my first choice. Still a wonderful dish, though!

this was awesome!! so easy. i used chicken ravioli which added a bit of a rosemary taste - so good! my boyfriend didn't like the smell of the cooking pancetta so i would probably bake it next time to try and contain that. i can't wait to make this for other people

Outrageously delicious! Used spinach instead of arugula, no-salt added diced tomatoes and 3 oz. of pancetta. Did not add any additional salt to the dish. Made for hubby on Valentine's Day. He couldn't get enough of it! Thank you, Giada, for a simple and absolutely divine meal.

This is the perfect weeknight meal and was a huge hit with my family. Even my toddler ate some of the ravioli. One thing I love about recipes like this is that the ingredients are interchangable depending on what you like and what you have on hand. I used sundried tomatoes instead of canned and sauteed a couple cloves of garlic with the tomatoes. I also used fresh spinach instead of the arugula. Will definitely make this again and again and will likely change the ingredients to try new things.
