I had 4 friends over for dinner and I wanted to make something easy. Ravioli with Arugula, Tomatoes and Pancetta is the easiest recipe I have ever made. My friends raved about it and I too thought it tasted great. It really only took minutes to prepare and cook and the outcome was sooooo delicious. Giada please make more of these easy recipes. I will definitely be making this again and again. Giada, do you have any more easy and fast recipes?

varied the recipe a bit. used what i had in. spinach saute with fresh garlic. then chopped fresh plum tomatoes(2 used bacon instead of panchetta. added butter and a splash of white wine. mini cheese ravioli. a big hit with nothing left in the bowl.

Made this last night for my boyfriend...we both loved it! We like things a bit spicy, so I used Hunt's fire roasted with garlic tomatoes, and I added some crushed red pepper flakes as well. My grocery store was out of arugula so I used spinach instead, and the pancetta was delicious. So easy to make too!

This is such an EASY and DELICIOUS meal. This has become my go to recipe. The arugala just makes this dish. My husband loves this!

This was a really good and simple easy to make dinner. I loved how i didnt have to go and buy a whole bunch of items i wasnt gonna use other then for this dinner. The store we shop at doesnt carry arugula or pancetta so i had to subsitute for spinach and bacon which is fine i love spinach. I didnt come across the saltiness issue but i also did use bacon so maybe thats why.

This dish was out of this world! Tasted as good as anything I've ever had at a nice Italian restaurant. I used frozen spinach and regular bacon instead of arugala and panchetta since that's what I had on hand. Thanks Giada for this delicious dish.

Quick and tasty! I wouldn't say that it is the most gourmet dish in the world (pretty simple, but it's definitely yummy to make on a weeknight!

DELICIOUS!! My picky family thought so too. Felt like I was eating at an expensive gourmet restaurant! So simple and quick, the kind of meal I need every night during the week. Can't wait to make it again!

What a quick wonderful dish! I bought some thin 5 cheese ravioli and made this recipe with fresh spinach since I didn't have arugula . It was terrific. Thanks Giada for another great recipe.
