This recipe has too much butter and the balsamic vinegar makes the sauce too tangy. All this gave me a stomach ache. Not a healthy option at atll.
    I would not recommend this.

What a GREAT dish!!! Even my picky 5 year old will eat this dish and ask for seconds!

Do NOT skip the walnuts, and don't skimp on the Balsamic Vinegar...they are the POP to the dish!

I absolutely loved this recipe. From all the glowing reviews here, it probably didn't need my input, but I just couldn't stay quiet about this one.
I did make the mistake of putting the ravioli on the plates and then pouring the sauce over them. They do need to be mixed together and then put on the plates because the butter and vinegar separated just a little. Bottom line...absolutely outstanding!

I made this last night & it was so good. I did make the mistake of not letting the butter cool long enough & it splattered/popped big time, when I added the vinegar. (Hello, it cools faster if you also take the pan off the eye! LOL! I will also try a cheese & meat ravioli next time. The toasted walnuts gave it such a good texture & added even more flavor. I loved everything about this dish. It's super easy to make & so yummy!

This recipe was super easy (I am a true novice in the kitchen and it came out great!! It is delicious (how can you go wrong with all that butter? and really pleased my dinner guests. The only thing to be aware of is that the dish is very heavy and filling. But it is delicious!

Buttery, nutty, delicious. I skimped on the vinegar a bit because I was scared. ; Wow. So easy and so good.

to POP this flavor to a WOW status, saute the walnuts in butter until you get those brown bits on the bottom and then squeeze lemon juice over them! Remove walnuts(yes, with lemon on them and use the pan and that walnut/lemon flavor to brown the butter. Finish the recipe - really exceptional.
