I LOVE ITALIAN FOOD!! But I always feel that if it isn't drizzled in red or white sauce, it won't taste good. Well I stand corrected, this was a great recipe and I really enjoyed the butter flavor. Next time I think I will add some olives or some kind of veggie.

My husband can't stand vinegar of any kind! He had a little episode while I made the sauce since the smell of vinegar filled the kitchen and livingroom! But he braved it, tried it and liked it! A major feat! I will defintely be making this again!!! You rock Giada!

I altered the recipe for one and substituted pecans for walnuts. It turned out really good and was so simple. I agree that his is a recipe that can impress.

I had my doubts that something so easy could be very tasteful...how wrong I was. This is probably the easiest dish I've ever prepared and by far the most flavorful and well-received! I used a frozen butternut squash ravioli and it was simply mouth-watering!

This easy Italian dish was amazing... Instead we used a store bought package of tortollini that we had left over and it still worked fabulously!!!!!! It takes no time at all and would be great for someone who has kids in late night sports or a busy person who really doesn't want to come home and cook or an hour!!!!!! IT WAS FABULOUS!!!!!!!!!!

This was great! I used a combination of two types of fresh ravioli, freshly grated romano instead of parmesan (because I had some around that needed to be used up, and the toasted really add some flavor.

It was so simple and fast to make. I loved it...my husband didnt like it so much. Another thing, the balsamic and the butter didnt combine that well, like it did on t.v. when I saw her make it. Oh well, it was still a great recipe!!

This dish was so simple to make. My husband was fooled by the lack of preparation, as he thought it was so fancy! The 5 ingredients come together wonderfully. The perfect side dish - Carmelized Pancetta and Fennel Salad. I also added in some homemade walnut and rosemary bread.
