This was great! Couldn't do it without Giada. I absolutely loved this dish. I have a pot luck coming up and this is the dish I will take. Not to mention, I will definately make and serve to my family again.

This is one of our favorite dishes. We've tried several different varieties of ravioli with it, and our favorite is mushroom. Soooo yummy!

Love this recipe! It's so easy and versatile. I like it especially with an addition of cauliflower, cabbage and yellow squash cooked in the sauce.

Really yummy and easy to make! I used 4 tbl spoon butter instead and it was just fine. Make sure to use a good balsamic and Parmesan, makes a difference.

my 17 yr old daughter was the first one to make this at our house...incredibly tasty...I suggest trying different balsamic vinegars...they can really change the taste...you will be amazed how much better the more aged ones are...

This one is a KEEPER! Soooooo easy, I can make it when I get home after a long day and don't feel like making **anything**. And it's so good! I was worried about how the balsamic and walnuts would fit into the sauce, but it is very sophisticated...what do you professional chefs say? Ahhh, it possess a depth of flavor you cannot believe! Kudos, Giada!

I love this recipe! I use a little less butter and i don't use pecans. I like to add some fresh tomatoes and some hot sausage! Soo good!

Excellent! Very easy! Next time I would use less butter; otherwise, very good.

This recipe is beyond delicious...and so simple! I serve it with a whole wheat asparagus and cheese ravioli, with a bit of steamed broccoli on the side (I spoon a little of the sauce over the broccoli as well...yum!
