My husband and I use the recipe all the time. We absolutely love it! I keep forgetting to add the cheese at the end and it still tastes amazing. Go Giada!

I made this and it was suprisingly good! Wasn't sure about the nuts, but I liked it. My husband did too. He didn't go for the nuts too much. But I did. We love italian dishes and we wanted to try new dishes. I would definatly make this again and again. I wouldn't call it the best italian dish or my favorite, but it was pretty good.

Overall....Perfect Taste! It was wonderful...my guest rated it a 10! However, after browning the butter, it was time to add the balsamic vinegar, as I did it really "exploded." I had a mess to clean up. After that I tried again and poured it in slowly as I mixed the 2 ingredients and it worked a lot better but still popping a good bit. My advice...STAND BACK as you add the vinegar to the butter! Overall....perfect flavor! Enjoy!

If your debating whether or not to try this, listen to me. This dish is easy and delicious. The only thing i regret is that I crowded the ravioli when toasting it. I used a tablespoon less butter and it was still perfect.
I'd recommend spinach ravioli for it, I used Four CHeese Ravoili and its was still good.
Delicious, nice presentation, and easy. I made it and I am only 14!

I only have to cook for two and only had 12 mushroom ravioli.
I only used 3 Tbsp butter, and 1 Tbsp balsamic (12 yr 1/4c pecans and salt and pepper. It came out perfect. Just enough sauce for the amound I had.
I used shredded parmesan on top and it was really good. My hubby loved it because he is not a big tomato sauce fan. I made a side salad to eat with this.
This is one of the quickest meals I've made that was so tasty!

I saw Gaida make this and HAD to give it a try. I have two boys, ages 5 and 9, and they loved it just as much as my husband and I did! It's easy to prepare and the flavors are absolutely wonderful! I will definitely make this again! Thank you so much, Giada!

wow wow wow! I just knew when I saw Giada put this little number together that it was going to be super. And it was! The combination of the browned butter and the balsamic vinegar is a "voila!" I didn't have the ravioli, so I just used regular spaghetti and no regrets! and then the addition of the walnuts and parmesan...well, I am planning to repeat the exact recipe this weekend. Lucky guests!

This recipe was very simple and very yummy!! I followed it exactly and it came out wonderful. However, I did watch the episode where she first showed this recipe. Watching Giada make it first really helped. I would say to follow the recipe exactly except for one thing.....when you pour the balsamic vinegar in be sure to STAND BACK!!! There WILL BE some splash-back!!

You know, I always give unique stuff a chance and I liked the butter sauce from her other dish, so I thought I'd try this sauce out. Unfortunately, I think the balsamic wasn't a good addition to the butter.
