    Great premise, but I would try a different zippier sauce, it was bland by my standards. HOWEVER, I am a new cook, and followed the directions exactly. For all the herbs, I expected more flash!

    I love Italian cooking but i was cooking for four other people who are very picky. They loved it and so didn't I! Making more next week. Thanks!

    This was super easy to make and it looked like it came out of a gourmet kitchen. My entire family enjoyed this. Using the Ricotta cheese was great because I didn't feel obligated to grate up a bunch of Romano like I usually do. Easy and yummy!

    I have tried many or Giada's recipes and have never been disappointed. This particular dish is quick and tasty. My family loved it.
