This is a great recipe--quick, easy and delicious! My husband is an extremely picky eater and has already asked me to make this again. Substitute your own ingredients or make it "as is"--you'll love it either way.

Thought this was a very good dish. Took very little time to prepare and I highly recommend you make your own marinara sauce.

This is very easy to make and very delicious.
Good when you're pressed for time.
Substitute any jar of chunky spaghetti sauce for the marinara sauce and it still works.
I suggest adding more ricotta cheese than what is recommended.

This was a quick and tasty meal to prepare for myself after a long 1 hour commute home. I'm glad I tried it out, maybe I'll play with it using a couple of different sauces. Tasty, Quick and Easy, thanks Giada.

But never, ever purchase sauce in a jar.It is so simple to make a good simple sauce and freeze it.Nothing is better.Keep them coming Giada.
