made this today for a bbq and it was perfect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! everyone loved it! followed the recipe as written and got exactly what I expected...a delicious mayo free potato salad with amazing flavor that got better the longer it sat in the fridge. Thanks Giada for another wonderful recipe

This recipe fell flat for me and my better half. This sounded so unique and healthy I couldn't wait to make it. It wasn't bad by any means but the flavors just didn't jive together like I'd have thought or hoped.

I'm more of a traditionalist when it comes to potato salad, but it's really hot and I wanted something light, so I gave this a try. I'm glad I did, because it's perfect for today (fourth of July. Usually I tweak recipes to suit my tastes, but this time I followed the recipe exactly, as others said they did as well, and it came out great! Give it a try!

Made this for my daughter's birthday, and she does not like salads with mayo. It was a big hit with all the guest. Great flavor and so so easy to make. Love it.
