I decided to make this salad for tonights dinner along with buger sliders. This was a great addition to the small burgers.
I will make this again for sure! Even my very picky husband loved this recipe.
Lucky for me, I made the entire recipe and have lots of left overs for the week.

It's keeper. Just top it with a bit of Feta prior to serving. Oh, aAnd double the recipe while you are at it, so there will be leftovers! A great dish for the gluten free friends :. They will thank you for it.

This was the most simple, delicous potato salad that I have ever made. It was scrumptous!!!!!!!!!! I will make it over and over!! But then, I don't think that I have EVER made some from Giada that wasn't absolutely wonderful!!

Fresh summer-y flavor, even iduring winter season.. Very easy to make and a nice side for her pork/fontina sandwiches. Highly recommend this recipe!

I didnt have any lemon, capers or olives so they didnt make it into my salad. I used regular tomatoes and added a clove and a half of smashed up roasted garlic. wow was this good, I served it with Giada's balsamic bbq chicken.

This is absolutely delicious! I made it an hour ago and tasted it already. I'm a bit concerned about the olive oil congealing as it refrigerates. Time will tell and if it does then I'll keep it at room temp. It's different and refreshing. I used sweet snacking tomatoes instead of cherry. I'll be making this again.

I liked how the salad looked on TV. So I tried it out. My teenage daughter and her friend really loved it, and so did I. They told me it tasted great (which it did. It was easy to make and quick. I'm making it for Thanksgiving.
