Made it exactly as described. A velvet/chunky mouth feel, along with a balanced, delightful taste makes it a hit with my family. A definite great alternative to the mayo-heavy salads. Excellent....

I just made this and tasted it before putting it in the fridge. It's sooo yummy! Great flavors. I omitted the black olives and added the lemon juice along w/the zest. It's excellent. I can't wait to have it w/dinner tonight! Thanks Giada for a great tasting healthy recipe!

I saw Giada make this a day or so on her show " Giada at Home" and decided to make it last night since i just happened to have all the ingredients on hand. Followed the recipe exactly and it tasted absolutely delicious. Will definitely make this again and again. Super simple too!

After seeing this on TV this weekend, I decided to make it in advance for tomorrow night's dinner. I figured the longer it sat in the juices, the better it'll taste. That said, I slightly went off the recipe by adding the juice of 1/2 the lemon that I zested. It could have been the olive oil, but I felt it needed a little bit of acidity help break down some of it. Overall, not a deal-breaker. I tasted it an hour after I mixed together, and now I can't wait for tomorrow to enjoy it over dinner!
