    Great recipe! The method and ingredients are no different from any other risotto except...the red wine! What a great idea! It really made the colors of the peas and the parsley pop. It was such a pretty pink/purple color. I will definitely make this one again.

    My husband and I thought this was a wonderful valentine dinner. I added sauted mushrooms, and aspargus tips and served it with salmon. It was great.

    I made this recipe for a Christmas eve dinner and it was the best part of the meal. The taste was great and the color festive since the risotto turned pink and was higlighted by the peas and parsley green in the mix. This is a recipe I will make again, possibly for a romantic or valentine's dinner.
