I don't usually even like rice pudding...I find the favor to be bland. But, Giada's version is delicious! Everyone loved it!

I expected great rice pudding from this recipe but for some reason the rice did not become tender and I was left with a course rice pudding. However, I am determined to taste what those who had excellent results tasted so I will try this recipe again because the flavors were good.

Followed the recipe to the word. I loved the flavors with the vanilla bean, orange and rum. The consistency was thick and not creamy at all.

I have never made rice pudding which my husband loves. After doing some searching, I decided on this recipe, and very happy that I did. I followed the recipe to the letter, and it turned out perfect so says my husband. I even had a taste, and I had to agree. Apparently I will be making this again for the next family bbq.
    Would highly recommend!

This rice pudding is so different from any other rice pudding I've tasted. I love the orange zest and rum! I make this all winter, and it's a must have on Christmas morning!

I prefer mine with the orange zest & orange segments, but I also make it without the oranges for my hubby and kids. I usually just make two versions and I add a little more milk so that it stays loose and creamy during refrigeration. It's quick and easy and very refreshing!

My family loved this rice pudding. The Madagascar Vanilla Bean is well worth the cost and the arborio rice didn't make the pudding mushy. It is a very sophisticated taste--perfect for my company! Thanks!
