Sorry Giada....I usually love your stuff....
This doesn't make any sense. It is too sweet (something I thought I'd never say, too much orange and it is just a confusing treat? I made a double batch because I expected it to be as good as all of her other stuff....my husband and I ate 2 each and were over it. One was enough. I have tons left......

I made this fried ravioli tonight, and it was a big hit with my family. The filling is so sweet that we almost didn't need the sugary dipping sauce, but the extra orange and mint kick from the sauce were great. Making ravioli is labor-intensive, but definitely worth it when it has as much flavor as this recipe. I used square wonton wrappers and folded them diagonally since I didn't have a chance to hunt for circular ones, and they were fine-- I'd just suggest that if you use square ones, you watch the edges carefully, since they can burn easily.
This kind of dessert is the very reason I grow my own mint, so I can whip it up any time!
