I love this recipe, as does everyone I've made it for. Since making it multiple times, I've discovered that the key to not having it turn "gritty" (as other comments have described is to not chill it. You should serve it immediately after making it. Or, if you have to make it ahead, simply let it come back up to room temperature (or near room temp before serving. I also use Taster's Choice Hazlenut instant coffee granules because I could not find the instant espresso, and it turned out fantastic. Enjoy!

This was just sinful! It was so thick that at even 1/2 cup servings it was just too rich for myself and my guests to eat it all. They took it home, they wanted it so badly what they couldn't finish! What a compliment. And this is so easy I've made it a lot since. THANK YOU!

This immediately became a favorite dessert in my house. Extremely easy, fantastic flavor, we absolutely love it! I originally used chocolate dipped biscotti, but then found cinnamon biscotti and that made it so much better!!!! This is a must make!!!

So yummy...tasted like tiramisu without the lady fingers. Some of family didn't like the texture of the ricotta, so I wouldn't suggest this to anyone finicky

It does not get any easier than this. Such a wonderful flavor with minimal effort. I topped with whipped cream to mimic the foam on a cappuccino. After running through the processor for 2 mins I have no idea how this could come out gritty. Smooth and silky!

This dessert was easy to make and interesting. Nice, small portion size and delicate flavors. Wish it were made with real espresso instead of the powder. Anybody know how to do that?

I absolutely loved this, but the other 4 people in my family did not! They all took a couple bites and couldn't finish it. I don't understand that! This was DELICIOUS! I loved the biscotti on top, it added a fantastic contrast to the creamy cappuccino. It's quick and very easy to make, with a great coffee flavor. For me, it made 4 very small servings, so if you are serving to a bunch of guests, I would double or maybe even triple the recipe. However, a little really does go a long way because it is very rich. I'm very sad that I won't be able to make this again, because I'm the only one that liked it, and it would be a waste to make it only for myself. But I really loved it and I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
