    This is very easy to make and is so yummy! I love the crunchy biscotti on the top It all feels great and tasty in you mouth. I have made this three times now!

    VERY EASY AND WONDERFUL. Loved the flavor. I used Splenda & part-skim Ricotta and it was AMAZING!!! I can't wait to share this desert with friends.

    A quick and easy dessert. Because I could not find espresso powder, I ground instant espresso and used that. The taste was awesome. It did not come out quite as thick as Giada's on the program, but it was still delicious. I will definitely make this again.

    Giada, this was absolutely wonderful!! So smooth and creamy! I have read other reviews that complained about it being too grainy. If you use a food processor, this won't happen. I will be making this one a lot!!

    After seeing this done on TV I was very eager to try it since my family and I love coffee and light desserts. We were all disappointed because it did not have much flavor at all. We all decided it was definitely not a keeper.

    I loved this recipe, however, I didn't like the gritty taste to it, i used vanilla extract, because i heard the vanilla bean is like $10 so i didn't want to spend the money, so it made the sugar a little clumpy, i think that affected the overall texture of the end result. Great flavor though!

    I'm a low carb person, so I substitute splenda for sugar, and nuts for the biscotti. (Giada even mentioned nuts during her show. This is one of my husband's favorite desserts, manageable carbs and enormous flavor.
