    Not good. Not good at all.

    I'm a HUGE pancake fan, a HUGE Giada fan, and a HUGE ricotta fan. I thought this recipe would be delish, but it was faaaar from it.

    I made it for my extended family when they came to town and I saw the looks on their faces. I was so embarrassed. No one went back for more. Here's wishing I'd made just plain blueberry pancakes!

    My whole family loved these pancakes, especially my children! The honey syrup has the perfect flavor to accompany these, it's not too sweet and it doesn't overpower of the delicate flavor of the ricotta.

    i thought the ricotta cheese would dramatically change the flavor, I was wrong. This is a great recipe, and the honey syrup isn't bad either.

    These are a bit more dense than traditional pancakes, so the texture is a bit surprising, but SO easy to make and pretty delicious with home made raspberry freezer jam!

    These were easy to make and the family loved them. Light and fluffy froze easy and reheated easy making for easy storage and self service later for younger kids. Great.

    My husband and I loved this! I made it for the first time for company, and they took the recipe home with them! We ditched our old recipe, and now this is our new sunday morning breakfast.
