these pancakes were not too bad but were a bit too bland for my taste. without the blueberries, they wouldn't have been that good at all. oh well, can't win them all, guida.

Easy to make and the kitchen smells like heaven. A very moist pancake that freezes well, too.

This recipe was so quick and easy. The ricotta cheese gave the pancakes a great creamy taste. I will definitely make these again!

What I like about this recipe is its only 4 ingredients and you don't have to use and egg or oil. It's simple and taste amazing. Also if you use Alton Browns instant pancake mix it comes out just like the premaid mixes. It's so much cheaper doing it with his mix too. My husband and I love this recipe.

I tried this recipe after I read the comments and they were right. It is delicious and the combination with the honey syrup, mmm, yummy.

I think my husband would have eaten all of them if I hadn't grabbed some for myself first. The pancakes were so good and the syrup was excellent. I don't think I'll ever use store bought syrup again. They were simple and wonderful.
