Thank you for such a wonderful recipe. My husband and I really enjoyed it. My husband needs meat so I made him a pork chop to eat on the side, but I didn't miss the meat at all. I just had a glass of dry red wine with it. I made it according to the recipe and it turned out really well. I will definitely make this again and again. Thank you Giada!

Great recipe and very quick and easy.! My kids love it as well. HIghly recommend it.

I didn't have a tomato paste, so I pureed diced tomatoes instead, still came out great.
    Rock on Giada!

I love Giada, I really do!! I had this recipe printed out for months, on my list of things to try soon... but it didn't necessarily look "that" delicious on paper... So I wasn't in a huge rush to make it. I FINALLY did last night and I am freaking!!!!!! : It is DELICIOUS and so perfect for vegetarians or anyone!!!!! I don't know how she did it, but somehow this combination of ingredients she got together really does taste like a bolognese but even better, because you don't have to worry about how any animals had to die for your meal!!! It's amazing that it even "looks" like a bolognese (but again even better, because you see the bits of veggies running through it... My only thing is that I do not like bell peppers at all, so I omitted those. THANK YOU GIADA for an amazing vegetarian meal!!!!!!!!!! : : : :

This recipe takes a little time to prepare, but it is really yummy and worth it. It also makes enough for plenty of leftovers or for a large family to have plenty to eat. Try it tonight!

I absolutely loved this dish! Very earthy and woodsy. The porcini mushrooms were a little pricey but I think made the dish. I really recommend anyone to try it. Two thumbs up again Giada!

Made this according to the recipe but added a little more of the mushrooms. I think that was a mistake because it had a too strong mushroom flavor. My mistake, however, but will try it again EXACTLY how written. The marscapone cheese gave it a nice flavor and texture. BTW, does anyone know if Giada had her baby?

This is one of my favorite pastas. It's rich and creamy like a real bolognese. Love it!!

I've been a vegetarian for over a year and I appreciate alternatives to meat dishes that I loved in the past but can no longer eat.

Beautiful!!!! Lovely dish with unexpected flavors. You'll never miss the meat. Guests loved it and I'll serve it again and again. You may want to cut the rigatoni down to 3/4 lb.
