Where can I find the Nutritional Information for the Rise and Shine Juice drink? I'm counting calories and need to know. Thanks! (Haven't made the drink yet - but had to include a rating in order to ask my question.

I've made this at least twice a week since Jan. 2012. The only issue I've had, is my Jack Lalaine Juicer won't juice the spinach. It merely clogs up the machine! I have blended the spinach separately in my blender adding it to the juice but that's just more to clean up and I didn't like the texture of all the spinach floating around the juice so now I just leave it out all together. The one thing I add now for added vitamins is a small beet. I'm not a huge fan of beets but somehow love it in this juice and they are so good for you! Thanks Giada...I make this so much now I have it memorized! (The only reason I've even returned to the recipe is because I'm in the process of converting all my recipes to "One Note" on my computer! Best thing I've ever done...wish I had discovered it years ago.

I followed this recipe to a tee, but my juice turned out to be more orange. Taste-wise, it's a delicious drink with a nice gingery kick.

Bought myself a juicer to treat myself for my birthday. Researched and tried this recipe first as I have always found Giada's recipes wonderful and as advertised. Followed the recommendations of some of the posted reviews and cut back on the ginger using only about an inch. Also, I didn't weigh the spinach but eyeballed and used "half" of my 10 oz. container. Will definitely make this again. Thanks Giada.

This recipe was so refreshing. My apple was a little tart, so I added 1 tbsp. of honey for a little sweetness. I also didn't feel like pulling out my juicer, so I blended the mixture in my blender and strained out the juice. It was very delicious satisfying.

Wow... delicious! Ginger taste is strong but that's what I love about it. Refreshing and yummy! Mine was a darker green than the picture, so it wasn't pretty... but my entire family enjoyed it. Kids thought a bit less ginger would have been better... but definitey a winner.

Sorry but this was horrible! I might try again without the ginger.

Love this! Be sure to actually weigh the spinach. I never did, just eyed the amount of spinach and guessed, and it really changes the taste of the drink. If you use the correct amount, this is really yummy! Love, love, love.
