I tried this recipe on my inlaws the other night and they loved it. We have really enjoyed the leftovers especially the sauce, which we have used as a spread on roast beef sandwiches. We even put some on roasted potatos. Its so delicious, Im sure we will find many more uses. Giada's recipes are always fabulous and easy, and her show is my favorite.

The cut of meat used is very tough. It seems more suitable to use this recipe in a slow cooker so that the meat will be more tender.

We put potatoes and carrots with ours and it was good. I found the sauce a little overpowering. The recipe was simple.
