    This was absolutely wonderful. Very easy to prepare but unique and very impressive. One mistake I made was to add more garlic because I love garlic. It was way too strong since the garlic is not cooked. Stick with the two cloves.

    I enjoyed this recipe and plan on using it again. The only thingthat seemed odd to me is that it produces a lot of sauce for the amount of meat it calls for.

    This is so easy to make and so flavorful. Makes tons of sauce. The third night we used it over pasta with shrimp. Highly reccomend.

    I made this for my In-Laws along with the pasta that was recommended and it was a big hit. My Mother In-law raved about it and took left overs. Thank You it feels nice, my Mother In-law who is an excellent cook is giving me the compliments :

    This was so very easy to make and a wonderful change, something different. Loved the sauce. Served with buttered noodles which extra sauce tasted awesome with. Yum! Served this for Christmas dinner. All said it was excellent and couldn't stop eating it. Very tender. Thank you Giada!!
