    Very tender and very nice meat dish but not over the top pleasure. Not very much work since the oven does most of the fuss~ Very nice!

    I made this for a Christmas party sliced very thin and put it on toast points with spicy mayo, WOW this is great fun and sooooooooooo easy Now it will always be a part of our menu....

    I made this dish for my boyfriend and "would-be" mother-in-law. It came out spectacular. Days later I was still getting compliments. Thanks Giada!

    The sauce is wonderful! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars because I am not fond of the cut of beef used. Would make it again with a different roast.

    I didn't think I'd like this becasue of the vinegar, boy was I wrong!!! I found it easy prepare and delicious. I had to skimp on the parsley as I didn't have the entire amount and I used canned tomatos and it still was wonderful. My entire family loved it. Can't wait to try it with fresh tomatoes and more parsley.
