I'm a pizza traditionalist -- tomato sauce, no fancy toppings, everything in moderation. But when I saw this made today on television, I decided to give it a try. I was amazed; it is great! I can't think of anything I'd add; the gorgonzola is what really makes it, and all of the flavors just blend together so well. I used micro-arugula, which I'd recommend if you can find it -- much easier to eat when on a pizza. I'm definitely making this again. Even my chef roommate was surprised and said it was a "winner!"
