I made this and used a little garlic pepper as well. I doubt I will ever make asparagus any other way again! It is so simple yet brilliant!

I know, I know... I shouldn't need a recipe for roasted asparagus, but I wanted to make sure I had the temperature and timing right. It was absolutely perfect. I thought for sure I'd overcook it and it would turn out all rubbery. But no. Everyone was pleased. Thanks, Giada!

When I tried Giada's recipe, I couldn't believe how easy it was. I love how the asparagus tips become a little charred and crispy, which is my favorite part. I am living in Italy right now and asparagus is in season. I've never tasted asparagus this fresh and can't wait to use her recipe because I am sure it will taste even more phenomenal!

I don't know what the H I did, but I set my oven on fire with this one! I think it's because I added a splash of balsamic vinegar. However, once the fire was put out, it was actually very tasty. Next time I won't add the vinegar (although I think it's a nice touch!

I can't even describe how good this is. Even my small grandchildren loved it. This is a great dish when you are in a hurry, prep. time isn't much and for that matter neither is the cooking time. Thanks for such a great recipe.
