Great little treats for a party or dinner. Prosciutto might be cured in salt, so skip it on the asparagus.

EXTREMELY quick and easy. If you like asparagus and prosciutto, you really can't go wrong with this one. I love that you can eat it with your fingers, too.

We took the peeled and snapped asparagus in a zip lock bag and added olive oil (just enough for seasoning to stick, kosher salt, freshly ground pepper and 4 cloves of minced garlic. I let it sit for about 1/2 hour, then remove the spears and put them on the BBQ grill. Turn the spears once but don't turn your back. They cook quickly. Thanks, Giada for giving me yet another new twist to an old favorite. I will be wrapping little bunches for Easter Dinner this weekend. I'll keep on watching!
