so easy, and always impresses the guests. i find 15 min. WAY too long for roasting asparagus of average thickness -- 7-8 min. is usually enough.

Quick and super easy to make! Makes a nice side dish with dinner or a delicious snack in the middle of the day. I tried sprinkling freshly grated parmigiano cheese on the prosciutto before rolling and it adds a nice little flavor.

This recipe is so good. My guests really liked the combination of the prosciutto with the asparagus. The texture of the asparagus was just perfect too.

I made this for my bunco group tonight and everyone loved it! I did as others suggested and did not add much salt to the asparagus -- turned out perfect. Thanks Giada, always love your recipes.

I made the roasted asparagus and served it without wrapping each spear in the prosciutto. It is excellent and makes a marvelous side for just about anything. Very easy!
I only give it 4 stars because I didn't try it with the prosciutto, but I bet it's delicious that way, too!

I love proscuitto and I love asparagus but I don't like them together. It was a little too salty and hard to eat. It was, however, extremely easy.

Very, very good. I used frozen asparagus and wrapped the prosciutto when the apsaragus was just quite, but not enirely done. The oven crisped up the meat a bit and it was heaven for our tastebuds!!
