I found this recipe to be too salty. It looks great, but unless you are a salt lover, you might not enjoy.

I love prosciutto and I love asparagus, but I wasn't sure how I would like them together. Absolutely amazing, for some reason the two go so well together. I made it for my family and they all loved it!

I made this recipe without the Prosciutto and it was AMAZING. I love Asparagus but have always had a hard time cooking it well -- not too hard, not too soft and slimy. The balance has always alluded me -- but not anymore!!

These are a great way to add additional veggies to your day. I have served them at parties and made them just for me. They reheat well and are also OK right out of the fridge if there are leftovers. I spiral the proscuitto around the asapragus after cutting it in half lengthwise to reduce the salty taste.

I had never tried asparagus before I tried this recipe. Now i love it. Boiled, steamed and sauteed will never be good enough after this.
