    I made this last night for my friends and family and they loved it. I left the prosciutto off a few of the asparagus for a vegetarian friend and they were just as yummy!

    I eat asparagus 5 times a week when it finally is in season. This recipe was excellent. Roasting the asparagus gives it such a different flavor and anything with prosciutto is a winner!

    I love the way the asparagus is cooked and the prosciutto wrapped is a good idea. It may be the quality of the prosciutto that ruined the dish or it may be prosciutto isn't a favorite of mine but I may have liked it better with thinly sliced warmed ham.

    I love asparagus and make this at least twice a week. To keep it healthy, I don't even use prosciutto. The asparagus is delicious by itself with some parmesan shavings on top!

    Great idea and was well received by guests. I think it's a bit difficult for finger food. I will have to rethink how I serve it.
