but it just wasn't my thing. None of my family liked it either. The asparagus was great without the proscuitto though!

It was a great dish. I make it all the time now. I changed the recipe a little bit though. Instead of wrapping it in prosciutto, and making it an appetizer, I use it as a side dish. After it is done baking, I just sprinkle some freshly grated parmesan chease on top, and it makes a beautiful sid dish than even kids love.

But I have to admit I had to do something different the second time I made it. The first time, the asparagus was a little tooo crunchy. Although that's the way to eat this veggie I found blanching it for 3 minutes first, before roasting it helped the texture considerably. I'll make this a regular. Thankyou!
