Potatoes are great, but use as much salt and herbs de provence as you can stand.

These potatoes were amizingly delicious. The Herbes de Provence made these taste great. But, I made 1 change. Instead of just leaving them whole, I skinned and cubed them. They were even better.

My boyfriend loves this recipe. So simple, but it is total comfort food. The garlic pieces caramelize in the oven, which I love.

While we liked the flavor of the potatoes and appreciated the ease of preparation, the skins were tough, rather than crispy. It may have been the potatoes themselves, so I plan to try it again sometime.

The potatoes tasted okay but they weren't worth waiting an hour for and turning them every so often. There are other potato recipes that don't take as long as taste better.

This recipe is very easy and the potatoes are awesome. I used the yukon gold baby potatoes. Everyone in my family loved these. I have made them 3 times since the first time I made them 3 weeks ago! I would recommend cooking for around 40 minutes though, an hour was a bit too long.

These were really a big hit, and so good. I loved the potatoes and I used baby onions in there too... not sure if it was in the recipe. Excellent veggie mix, and the herbes de provence, excellent touch!
