I had never used nor tasted Herbes de Provence before this recipe. LOVED IT! I made it with the chicken with balsamic vinegar marinade and together it was easy and a wonderful meal. My husband couldn't stop talking about it!

These potatoes were cooked just right following the directions and excellent.
I added a few more garlic cloves only because we are lovers of garlic. I served it with the roasted balsamic chicken. Great meal and contrast. Another keeper!!!!
