This dish is easy and delicious. It has a bit of a spicy kick to it! You could even serve this as a main dish it is so satisfying. I can't wait to make it for a family gathering.

I only put 1/2 of the red pepper flakes in and turned out just enough for my heat level (whimpy. Other than that it was very good and slightly different with the pancetta flavor.

This recipe was super easy. I didn't have Pancetta so substituted it with Turkey Bacon and it tasted great!

This recipe caught my attention while I was watching tv and I decided to make it. It is delicious and I got the kids to eat something that they usually wouldn't.
Great taste and easy to make.

I had to use bacon instead of pancetta b/c our local grocery store didn't carry it. But, it turned out so yummy and warm - perfect for the winter!

I loved this. I purposefully used 3 T. butter, 3 oz. pancetta, and used a combination of skim milk and evaporated fat free skim milk, to make it a little lighter. BUT, I forgot about adding the parm. cheese to the white sauce so I just sprinkled about 3/4 cup on top of breadcrumbs and it was delicious. I served this with a very simple tilapia (microwaved and spooned sause on top of fish too....Yummy!

I will probably make this dish again. However, next time I will use more Cauliflower than the receipe called for. I found it to be a bit too much starch.

Finding pancetta is difficult when you live in the country, so I omitted it, and the dish was still delicious. Everyone in the house came back for seconds!
