    This is a great recipe. It's simple, does not take a lot of time, and goes great with almost anything. Family loved it, too. Highly recommended.

    this chicken is soooo good. thanks giada. I had roasted balsamic chicken with roasted garlic and carmelized onions at a restaurant recently and might try adding some extra flare...but great on its own.

    I've tried this just twice so far, but it is already my new favorite. It's so easy and the flavor is wonderful. The first time I didn't bother making the sauce and it was still tender and delicious. This could become a craving.

    This recipe is quite good when fresh. However after a couple of days in the fridge, the chicken really dries out. Freezing also presents this problem.
