    great new way to make chicken. would recommend seasoning chicken a bit prior to marinating chicken was slightly bland

    This recipe was easy and excellent.
    In serving it the color was so beautiful
    it just enhanced everyone's appetite.

    I wish there was more than five stars, because this dish is absolutely fantastic. My husband and I had a favorite chicken and it was called deli roast done in the baby george rotisserie. Well, I made the Roasted Chicken with Balsamic tonight and my husband could not stop raving about it, and neither could I. It is now our favorite.
